We’ll see how Shari and Joy share something few other mothers and daughters can, the birth of Shari’s first grandchild. And now that she’s been through it, Joy knows having a baby will make her an even better midwife. Jackie Sigler has also spent the past nine months preparing for a smooth birth through good nutrition, exercise, yoga, massage and even acupressure. It took her a few months to convince her husband Michael, a doctor, that the Maternity Center was the right place for their baby to be born, but now he’s convinced it’s the best place for them.
