  • CABLEready Productions set to unveil ‘The Minimalist’ at MIPTV

    April 6, 2010 Cooking show The Minimalist will get the MIPTV treatment, CABLEready Productions has announced. The development and production unit under CABLEready has produced 13 HD episodes of the half hour series hosted by New York Times food writer and TV personality Mark Bittman. Bittman teaches viewers how to prepare simple dishes from beginning to end in each themed episode. Bittman’s NY Times column is also called “The Minimalist,” which has spawned books and weekly videos.
