Steve is approached by a seller who claims to have an authentic Titanic deck chair! If it’s real, it’s the find of the century for Steve, a titanic aficionado. His wild journey visiting a series of experts culminates in a trip to the world famous Titanic Museum in Branson, Missouri to compare two chairs side by side. Will they match? Steve and his crew stop in at a packed antique market to check out a creepy funerary keepsake and an authentic Tyburn gallows noose.
Episode 2: Houdini Handcuffs
Steve gets the rare chance to purchase Victorian handcuffs that were reportedly used by his idol; world famous escape artist Houdini. His exciting journey of authentication includes stops in Scranton, PA to meet with a quirky crew of Houdini experts and the honor of placing a new bust on Houdini’s grave in NY. Will the handcuffs turn out to be Houdini’s? Named the World’s Most Extreme Escape Artist we discover why as Steve performs a daring escape involving power drills driving into his head. Will he survive?
Episode 3: Mohawk Axe Head
After purchasing a Mohawk Axe Head online, Steve hits a roadblock when an expert tells him it isn’t what he thinks it is! When Steve starts to dig deeper into its oral history, he discovers it may have come from a burial mound. Steve and Rob’s affinity for the natives prompt them to do the right thing and return it where it belongs! Assistant Stef shows initiative when she buys a shrunken head for Steve’s collection. What will Steve say about that?
Episode 4: Cat ‘O’ Nine Tails
Steve gets approached by an Ex-Dominatrix who after closing her business wants to sell various insane asylum artifacts and a unique judicial Cat ‘O’ Nine Tails. But when Steve shows the whip to experts, all is not what it seems! Steve goes on a journey to see if he can place the Cat on a famous prison hulk the “Success” and add thousands of dollars to its value. A once a year ‘Dark Relics’ auction has Steve pumped to bid on an executioner’s hood and an antique coffin.
